中能能源有限公司今天宣布，中能公司全资子公司南京中能公司于2010年8月30日与Delsolar公司签署了第二期的长期硅片供货合同。Delsolar公司是一家台湾的著名太阳能电池和组件供应商。该协议的签署更深一步的加强了这两个公司的战略合作关系。
中能公司为Delsolar公司提供高质量的硅片，使该公司能够更好的满足2010年8月至2015年8月共计664兆瓦硅片的需求。
该协议制定了一项新的机制，使得两家的供货价格能够根据最新的市场价格进行合理的上调或者消减。Delsolar公司期待着该合作能够更好的满足该公司的运营需求以及更好的实现利润增长。
30.08.2010: GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited announced today that GCL (Nanjing) Solar Energy Technology Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GCL-Poly, has signed a second long-term wafer supply contract with DelSolar Co., Ltd., a leading solar cell and module provider in Taiwan, further strengthening the long-term strategic alliance between the two companies.
