FORT COLLINS, Colo., Oct. 21, 2009-Advanced Energy(r) Industries, Inc. (NasdaqGM: AEIS) announced today that it has entered into a multi-year agreement with Suntech Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (NYSE: STP), the world's largest producer of crystalline-silicon solar modules. This agreement includes the range of AE's expanding Solaron(r) offerings, including utility-scale, photovoltaic (PV) inverters, Remote PV Tie (RPT) accessories and SafeGuard(r) support and service options.
