【主办单位简介】
全国创新委新能源专业委员会和全国新能源委光伏专业委员会是科技部、发改委、工信部等国家九部委联合组建的“全国高技术产业化协作组织新能委中负责协调、指导、推动、实施新能源领域高技术产业化工作的委员会。是联系政府主管单位、科研院校、国内外协会组织等全国性行业组织。该委员会由中国科学院院士、中国工程院院士、国家发展和改革委员会、国家科委、国家能源局、全国高科技产业化创新委员会等一批现任领导和知名专家、学者组成。委员会在全国具有较高的权威性，在新能源光伏行业内具有强大的影响力和号召力。
【Briefs on Organizers】
New Energy Professional Committee and PV Professional Committee of CHC High-tech Industry Originality Committee of China(CHCO) which is jointly set up by nine ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Science and Technology , National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(MIIT) etc. These two committees are responsible for coordination, supervision, motivation and implementation of high-tech industrialization in the field of new energy. They are nationwide industry organizations to contact government authorities, scientific research units and academies and international associations. The Committee is organized by academician from Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, a group of current leaders, known experts and scholars working in NDRC, the State Science and Technology Commission, the National Energy Board and CHCO. These committees have high authority in the country, and have strong influence and appeal in the new energy and PV industry.
【全球知名展览馆--上海世博会主题馆】
上海世博会主题馆是一座设施先进、节能环保、功能齐全的现代化会展场地，也是一座现代化兆瓦级太阳能屋顶展览馆。主题馆屋顶面积为6万平方米，其中铺设太阳能板面积达3万平方米，总发电量达2.5兆瓦。上海世博主题馆地处2010中国上海世博会核心区域，位居世博轴西侧，紧临中国馆、世博中心和演艺中心，拥有10万平米现代化展览场地面积。其中主题馆一号馆，层高14米，面积25000平方米，为亚洲最大的展馆双向跨度无柱空
间。
上海世博主题馆交通极为便捷。地铁6号线、7号线、8号线和13号线均可到达展馆，主题馆周边连接南浦大桥、卢浦大桥、打浦路隧道等过江要道和浦东上南路、耀华路主干线，坐拥数十条公交线路，是目前国内最佳的展览场所。
【Top Exhibition Center in Asia - Theme Pavilion of Shanghai World Expo】
The Expo Theme Pavilion of Shanghai World Expo 2010 is an advanced, eco-friendly, full-functional and modernized exhibition facility with megawatt solar power roofs.The Expo Theme Pavilion has a roof area of 60,000 square meters, 30,000 square meters is covered by solar panels, having a generating capacity of 2.5 megawatts in total. The Theme Pavilion Hall of 2010 Shanghai World Expo is located in the core area of Shanghai World Expo, at the west side of Expo Boulevard, close to the China Pavilion, Expo Center and the Art Performing Center can provide 10 million square meters of modern exhibition area. No. 1 hall of the theme pavilion hall is the largest column-free exhibition hall in Asia with an area of 25,000 square meters and a height of 14 meters.
Shanghai World Expo Theme Pavilion has very convenient traffic means. Metro Line 6, 7, 8 and 13 can access to the Pavilion directly. In periphery of the Pavilion are river routes such as Nanpu Bridge, Lupu Bridge and Dapu Tunnel and main roads such as Pudong Shangnan Road and Yaohua Road while dozens of bus lines can be accessed nearby. It should be the best exhibition facilities currently in China.

Participation cost of the forum and new high-tech seminar
Keynote Speech ：
RMB 20,000 / speech (about 30 minutes, simultaneous interpretation from English
to Chinese ), RMB 2600 per participant , including access to the lecture / Forum Hall, get conference materials, lunch / supper during the meeting, directory of
participants, services of simultaneous interpretation and other activities (
tour and investigation) arranged by the organizers.

光地展位：只提供空地，无任何配置,参展商必须自行特装展位。特装管理费由参展企业向展馆交纳。具体办理特装手续请参展商直接与展馆施工办公室联系。

Standard booth ：One table, two chairs, a company sign in English and Chinese,
two spotlights, one waste basket, a 5A/220V socket, full booth carpet, 3-side
aluminum alloy brattice(height: 2.5m) (2-side brattice for booth at corner).
Raw space ：Open space only, without any configuration, exhibitors must build the
booth by himself. Special equipment management fee should be paid by the
exhibitors to the exhibition hall. Exhibitors should contact the construction
office directly for specific procedures on booth construction.
