SHINE:
Chinese manufacturers will buy SPIRE’s turnkey production line for a better quality and how about your service in China?
SPIRE(Mr. Mark C. Willingham):
The Chinese market is the most important market to SPIRE. We are very dedicated to serve this market very well. We are very active in selling here.
One of the most important thing is that the customers can do is to learn the system and process module. For many years, SPIRE is a manufacturer of modules of our own. So we are able to train people not just know how to run our system well, but also how to make their factory run smoothly and their modules of high quality.
SHINE:
Chinese people buy machines and technologies from foreign companies, but the key point is how to serve those machines and technologies.
SPIRE:
Absolutely right. Chinese manufacturers have been globally active for many years. You are an expert. You must make modules of the same quality in Europe; in U.S. in every region the PV is used. In order to do that, you need your system running extremely well.
SPIRE is really a company that understands Chinese customers well.
SHINE:
Before 2008 the world is in need of solar panels, and then the solar panels out of China might not as quality as expected. But now, the purchasers will not only focus on quantity, but also the quality and that will be the future of PV.
SPIRE:
They type of service to our customers we are doing here is that we help our Chinese customers to provide the kind of quality they need and help them to sell their product to the best market of the world.
